Thank you for taking the time to participate in this survey, your opinions are very important to us.
Please listen carefully to the call snippet and answer all the questions on the page, then move on to the next call.  You will only be hearing the agent speak so as not to let the customer influence your decisions.  You can pause the calls or return to them if you want to listen to the call again.

You will be listening to two sets of 35 calls each.  The first set is 15 seconds of agent only dialogue from the start of the call, the second set of calls (36-70) is 15 seconds of the agent only from the middle of a call.
